- cheap and healthier ideas vs expensive dinner


hahahaha!!

yeah man... today is the first day i did my own dinner in KL for 2010.
lol.

I Call IT!
The Ken's Special Meat Lover's Club Sandwich
aka TKSMLCS!!!

TADA!!!




yeah. it may look normal, but tastes awesome!!

How to Do + Ingredients:
+ Gardenia Bread 4 slices (RM0.60) - use whole-meal for a healthier choice!
- Toast Two Slices to a nice brown.
- Spread Vege Oil Margarine.
- leave non-toasted bread unspread is okay.
+ Cucumber (RM0.50)
- Cut to preference
+ Tomato (RM0.50)
- Cut to Preference
+ Cheesedale (RM1.00)
- Put in between non toasted bread.
+ Pineapple Baked Ham (RM4.40)
- Cut into Two Halves

1. First Layer: Toast Bread on the bottom. 1st half of ham and cucumber/tomato
2. Stack non-toasted bread with cheese in between.
3. Third Layer: 2nd half of ham and cucumber/tomato
4. add olive oil and squeeze a little bit of lime/lemon for zest
5. Final Layer: Toasted Bread.

and there you have it!! a nice cheap TKSMLCS for only RM7!!

compare with Monash's Sanfran Club Sandwich which is RM14 plus taxes!!

MINE's WAYYY CHEAPER!

change the cucumber to lettuce if you want and it'll still cost the same!!

technically you don't use all the vege in one sandwich. so it's actually less than RM7
hahaha!
